Nestled in the Spring Mountain District of the Mayacamas range, Philip Togni Vineyard crafts classically styled, age-worthy wines that reward patience and evolve beautifully over time. To highlight their remarkable longevity and depth, we’ll be pouring a vertical selection of Philip Togni Cabernets alongside a tasting menu created by our chef team to complement each wine:

Guests will be seated together at a single communal table in our Oxalis Private Dining Room, joined by Lisa Togni herself. This intimate format allows us to showcase both the wines and the food in their best light, fostering conversation and connection throughout the evening.
Due to the intimate capacity of the Oxalis Room, seating is very limited.
