We are so excited to present our Lunar New Year Dinner highlighting all things Duck.
Pairings for the evening will be crafted by The Vineyards at Dodon - a sustainability focused winery located in Davidsonville, MD.
"The Dodon team blends traditional farming practices with modern science to create a balanced, sustainable ecosystem, preserve the farm and its natural resources for future generations, and produce intriguing wines characterized by depth, harmony, and balance."
General Manager and Baltimore native, Regina McCarthy, will be present for the evening to guide guests through pairings and speak about the history and mission of Dodon.
Supper will be held at Foraged restaurant (1709 N Charles st) on Feb 19th, and will begin promptly at 6:45. Guests are encouraged to arrive by 6:35 to enjoy a welcome beverage and snack.
