One-Night-Only Madai Ramen Omakase by Chef Také 🐟🍜
As we get closer to the opening of Daruma Ramen, we’re hosting a special pre-opening collaboration featuring a completely unique Madai Ramen Omakase by Chef Také.
The evening will center around a delicate madai dashi, with ramen made from madai broth, along with sushi, sashimi, small dishes, and dessert created to complement the flavor of the broth.
This is a one-time menu created especially for this event and a little taste of the creativity behind our upcoming Daruma Ramen project.
